Talentor, established in 2003 in Finland, originated from collaboration between two partners who initially forged connections with executive search firms in the Nordics and Baltics. Over the last 10 years, we have expanded and refined our network, introducing new countries and making strategic partner changes. As of 2024, Talentor spans 37 countries, and our ambitious goal is to further grow and reach 50 partners by 2026!
